政府参与农民合作经济组织发展的职能演变

农民合作经济组织与政府之间的关系对合作组织的发展有着至关重要的影响。政府参与是我国农民合作经济组织发展的必要条件,政府应依照农民合作经济组织发展的初期、成长期、成熟期三个阶段的特性来对自己的职能进行动态定位,以哺育、扶持、守夜人身份执行政府职能。     

产业组织结构对跨国公司市场进入方式的影响

跨国公司进入国外市场的方式是多个层面多种因素综合作用的结果。产业组织理论认为产业组织结构影响企业行为，因而产业组织结构也影响跨国公司的市场进入方式。本文结合中国几个产业的实际情况，重点探讨了促进跨国公司采用跨国并购方式进入国内市场的产业条件。认为，促进跨国并购的产业组织结构特征包括，市场集中度高，市场地域分割，国内外产业发展不平衡，国内外市场分割，国内市场容量大，成长率高等。     

论非政府组织与社会弱势群体

本文认为,大规模的弱势群体已经影响到我国社会经济生活的方方面面,必须采取积极措施,动员各种社会力量加大对弱势群体的救助,特别是要发挥非政府组织的基本职能,协助政府解决弱势群体问题.第一,加大对非政府组织的资金支持.由政府确定每年从政府预算、财政专项基金或福彩资金中拿出一部分,作为非政府组织服务弱势群体的专项资金.第二,出台非政府组织捐赠免税政策.第三,成立相应机构,协调非政府组织的各种资源,规范管理,加强和完善民间组织的职能.第四,放宽非政府组织登记制度,使有心致力于爱心公益事业者有一个好的平台,规范捐赠行为,使民间善款真正用于服务对象.第五,加强国内外非政府组织的合作与交流,加大媒体对非政府组织帮助弱势群体、解决社会问题的宣传力度,扩大其在全国的影响力.     

The impact of mentoring quality on protégés' organization‐based self‐esteem and proactive behavior: The moderating role of traditionality

Based on self‐consistency theory, this study examined the relationship between mentoring quality as perceived by protégés and protégés' proactive behavior. It focused on the mediating role of organization‐based self‐esteem (OBSE) and the moderating role of traditionality. To examine these relationships, we administrated three‐wave surveys to 237 subordinate–supervisor dyads in a construction enterprise. The results of hierarchical linear modeling demonstrated that (a) mentoring quality and proactive behavior had a positive relationship; (b) OBSE mediated this relationship; and (c) traditionality strengthened both the relationship between mentoring quality and OBSE and the indirect effect of mentoring quality on proactive behavior via OBSE. Our findings have theoretical and practical implications for research on mentoring and proactive behavior.     

How government regulation of interbank financing impacts risk for Chinese commercial banks

The rapid development of interbank financing in China has exposed financial institutions to increasing risk. In 2013, the China Banking Regulatory Commission implemented regulation on interbank financing for commercial banks. We assess the effectiveness of this regulation in reducing (i) the risk of commercial banks relative to non-bank financial institutions, where the latter are not subject to the regulation, and (ii) the risk of major commercial banks, which are more disposed to engage in interbank finance, relative to minor commercial banks. Our data are for the period 2006–2016 for 30 commercial banks (13 major, 17 minor) and 56 non-bank financial institutions. To control for other factors, we make use of a difference-in-difference estimation approach. Our measure of risk is the z-score, for which a higher value means a lower risk of bankruptcy. We find in support of the effectiveness of the regulation with z-scores for commercial banks rising relative to those of non-bank financial institutions and z-scores of major banks rising relative to those of minor banks following implementation of the regulation.
